From the BC Ferry at Swartz Bay (18 miles north of Victoria) or the Washington State ferry from Anacortes and the San Juan Islands …
Follow Highway 17 south into Victoria. Once in Victoria, the same road is called Blanshard Street.
In the downtown area, turn left off Blanshard onto Fort Street or, a few blocks further south, onto Fairfield Road.
In a few short blocks turn right onto Linden Avenue. We're at #58, just below Faithful Street on the right. Our red door and path plus Binners' Bed & Breakfast sign can't be missed.
From the Victoria Clipper and Coho docks in the downtown Inner Harbour …
Turn left out of the ferry parking lot onto Belleville Street. Turn right onto Menzies or Government Streets. In a few residential blocks turn left onto Dallas Road and follow the scenic marine drive just a few blocks past the park to Linden Avenue on the left. We're just a few houses up, on the left side at #58, with a red door and path and a Binners' Bed & Breakfast sign on the front wall of the house.
